Standardization or normality?

The current economic system each push to standardize to recognize the pattern it represents. It takes talent to detect capabilities that can not itself, as well, companies like design patterns types used for a specific job, they can describe in publications of job offer and where they can find very similar employees that they can compare on a linear scale, or checking some specific criteria of interest for the position to be filled. The problem with this system is that we lose features and recognize that normality, which unfortunately are often insufficient for the needs of the employer (quality of services provided by the employee) and quite insufficient to enable the employee to feel recognized and satisfied with the work.
